  1. Thanks for this website. I have the book and the encyclopedia but have been slowed down by its difficulty in reading. I just need something to tell me what colors to use for what symptom. I just found this website so hope it will help me. And where to find the color slides?

  2. In FAQ section on this page: https://www.dinshahcolortherapy.com/faqs , scroll down to this question: “Where can I get the colors and the light box?” – there are several sources there.

If you have the book, you first look up your condition in the “Index of Spectro-Chrome Color Schedules” – it starts on different pages in different editions, but mine starts on p 48. You then take the number next to the condition and look up the number in the next section. It will list the tonation schedule.

I was also very confused the first time I looked through the book, but eventually, I figured it out. Just keep leafing through it. It will eventually make sense.

  3. I just heard of your book via Crrow.
It sound very interesting. I am interested
in this work as a possible avenue for
assisting my vision. The problem was
a variety of Macular Degeneration/ damage
that occurred many years ago, but I
continue to search for ways to help my
eyes restore themselves. Have you had
any success in this sort of area ?

    • Hi Stephen,

Just happened on this site and saw your post. I am also looking for color therapy that would be helpful for macular degeneration. Did you happen to find any success or further information at all?

      Kind regards, Wendy

      • This can be difficult. We believe this can help but to what level depends on several factors such as diet, age, genetics, stress and exercise levels, etc. Also, MicroCurrent Stimulation (MCS) and some herbs (bilberry, etc.,) may help.

  4. Hello.
I bought Let There Be Light by Dinshah. I bought my filters from Stage Lighting Store (.com). They have the Dinshah colors on there. However, using the filters I’m unsure which colors within the color kit makes red, lemon and indigo. Unsure if you can look on their site and see the filters. If you do, could you tell me
Rosco Roscolene (look up Dinshah Therapy in the search box) #809,#810,#818,#826,#828,#832,#859,#861,#866,#871 and #877

  5. Looks like you got the entire set of Roscolene filters that are needed. Now you just need to combine the colors in the correct combinations:

For Red, put 818 and 828 together.
For Lemon: put 809 and 871 together.
For Indigo: its 832 and 877.

When you combine the filters in one (so that the light beams go through these combinations), you’ll get the colors you need.

    • The colors do not have a single frequency but are wide.banded. According to DHS, Mmnochromes are just the frequency, wide-banded means there is the central frequency which would be the name of that color, and there are many other frequencies on both sides of the central but with much lesser intensity.
